Fulham welcome back a familiar face, with veteran winger Willian rejoining the club on a deal until the end of the season. The 36-year-old became a free agent after leaving Olympiacos in December.

The Brazilian was in attendance at Stamford Bridge on deadline day, watching former club Chelsea secure a 2-1 win over West Ham, fueling speculation about his next move.

Now, Fulham have acted swiftly to bring him back, especially with key injuries in their attacking ranks. Marco Silva’s side has been without Harry Wilson, who is facing a 10-week layoff, while Reiss Nelson—on loan from Arsenal—has been sidelined with a hamstring injury since December.

Willian brings a wealth of Premier League experience, having spent over a decade in English football. After making 339 appearances for Chelsea, winning two league titles, he had brief spells at Arsenal and Corinthians before originally joining Fulham in 2022. Over two seasons at Craven Cottage, he made 67 appearances and became a key figure under Silva.

His return offers Fulham much-needed depth and creativity as they push for a strong finish to the season. With his experience and ability to unlock defences, Willian could prove a crucial addition in their bid for European football.
