Hungary have been in good form, losing only one of their last 14 matches since the start of 2023. They remained unbeaten in Euro 2024 qualifiers, winning five and drawing three out of eight games to top their group for the first time.
Ranked 26th in the world by FIFA, Hungary is preparing for their third consecutive European Championship appearance. They head to Germany after a convincing 3-0 win against Israel in their last warm-up match.
The Magyars quickly took a three-goal lead in the first 22 minutes, thanks to goals from Roland Sallai and Barnabas Varga, securing a comfortable win after a recent friendly loss to the Republic of Ireland.
