Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC has found a temporary new home at the New Town Park. This comes after the National Sports Authority (NSA) closed down the Accra Sports Stadium, leaving Dreams searching for an alternative venue.

The NSA made the surprise decision on Monday, without informing Dreams FC. The club only learned of the closure through the Ghana Football Association, prompting a scramble to find a new venue for their upcoming match.

With their designated alternative venue, the Tuba artificial pitch, still not ready, Dreams FC will host Kpando Heart of Lions at the New Town Park this weekend.

The facility, home to debutants Vision FC, has already passed the club licensing board’s approval tests and hosted a Premier League match.

The club will adapt to their new temporary home, ensuring minimal disruption to their Premier League campaign.
