Georgia and Portugal are scheduled to conclude their Euro 2024 group stage on Wednesday night. Portugal, led by Roberto Martinez, have already secured qualification as Group F winners and seek to maintain their undefeated streak heading into the knockout phase.

Georgia’s chances of advancing hinge on securing a victory in this crucial match. If both Georgia and the Czech Republic win their respective matches, they could advance as either second or third in the group.

Portugal secured their spot in the round of 16 with an impressive 3-0 victory over Turkey. They are slated to face the third-ranked team from Group A, B, or C in Frankfurt on July 1st.

Despite the opportunity to rest players, Martinez confirmed that 39-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo will start, potentially becoming the oldest player to score in the Euros.

Georgia enters the match against Portugal without any significant injury concerns.

They are expected to line up in a 3-4-3 formation, with Giorgi Mamardashvili in goal and Solomon Kverkvelia, Guram Kashia, and Lasha Dvali in central defense.

Portugal, with the exception of Rafael Leao who is suspended due to accumulated yellow cards, is likely to field a full-strength lineup in a 4-2-3-1 formation, with Diogo Costa in goal.

Probable Lineup for Georgia (3-4-3): Mamardashvili; Kverkveliya, Kashia, Dvali; Kakabadze, Mekvabishvili, Kochorashvili, Tsitaishvili; Davitashvili, Kvaratskhelia; Mikautadze

Probable Lineup for Portugal (4-2-3-1): Costa; Cancelo, Dias, Inacio, Dalot; Ruben Neves, Joao Neves; Jota, Bruno Fernandes, Neto; Ronaldo
