NPP Super Delegates Conference: Dr. Bawumia leads in Upper West, YMCA as provisional results trickle in

Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is leading in provisional results from the Upper West Region and at the YMCA center in Accra in the ongoing Super Delegates Conference of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Voting has ended across the country and results are being collated in the election that precedes the November 4 presidential primaries of the party:

In the Upper West, Former Trade Minister, Alan Kyerematen is runner up to Dr. Bawumia with 4 votes with Dr. Afriyie Akoto and Kennedy Agyapong following with 3 and 2 vote’s respectively.

Meanwhile at the YMCA voting center, the Vice President once again led with 36 votes, securing about 50% of the vote cast.

Here is the provisional results from the Upper West Region:

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia: 23

Alan Kyerematen : 4

Dr Afriyie Akoto : 3

Kennedy Agyapong: 2

Alan Kyerematen : 14

Dr Afriyie Akoto : 3

Kennedy Agyapong: 15
