About Veana Negasi:
Veana Elikplim Acolatse (born on 6th April) is professionally known as Veana Negasi. She is a Ghanaian Afrobeat/Afropop singer and songwriter.
Veana Negasi was born to Lucy & Thomas Acolatse hailing from Keta in the Volta region. She attained her basic school education from Heaven’s Gate and St. Peter’s Mission schools. She attended “New Nation International School” for her High School education and later continued to SITMAP (ABE- UK) where she studied, Business Management.
She has always been passionate about music and draws her inspiration from the late Michael Jackson (KING OF POP) and Beyonce. Veana Negasi has been working hard to set herself up professionally as a musician and in the course of her journey, she hosted the showbiz show, “3 Tunes” on TV3 Ghana.
Veana Negasi, for a couple of years, has been a music cover artist and has covered popular songs of artists such as Davido, KiDi, Kuami Eugene, Camidoh, and Ella Mai.
She seeks to carve a niche for herself in the Ghanaian music industry and the world at large.
