Ghana has dropped in the latest FIFA World Rankings after their recent matches against Nigeria and Uganda.

The Black Stars faced the Super Eagles and the Cranes of Uganda during last month’s break, losing the first game and settling for a 2-2 draw in the second.

Ghana, previously ranked 67th globally, has now slipped to 68th on the rankings following these two games.

However, despite a streak of seven games without a win, Ghana manages to hold onto their position on the African continent.

In the previous rankings, the Black Stars fell to the 14th spot on the CAF rankings.

The Black Stars will be striving to enhance their position in the upcoming games as they seek to recover from their recent disappointments and ascend the FIFA rankings.

Their next challenge will be facing Mali and the Central African Republic in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
