President Mahama nominates seven Justices to Supreme Court

President John Dramani Mahama has submitted the names of seven Justices for appointment to the Supreme Court of Ghana.

The nominations, announced on Tuesday, will be reviewed by the Judicial Council, and if approved, will be forwarded to Parliament for vetting and confirmation in accordance with Article 144 of the 1992 Constitution.

The nominees are recognized for their extensive experience on the bench and contributions to Ghana’s legal system.
