Jack Draper scored a notable victory over fifth seed Taylor Fritz, winning 7-6 (8-6), 4-6, 6-4 to advance to the third round of the Rolex Paris Masters.
The 22-year-old, fresh off his first ATP 500 title in Vienna, showcased resilience, especially in the first set where he recovered from a 5-5 deadlock to win a tense tie-break.
Despite facing challenges in the second set, where he created multiple break points but was unable to convert, Draper regained control in the final set.
He secured a critical break at 5-4 to clinch the match in two hours and 21 minutes.
Draper will face Australian ninth seed Alex de Minaur next, whom he previously defeated at the US Open.
