The Human Rights Division of the High Court has adjourned the case between former Finance Minister Kenneth Ofori-Atta and the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to November 25, 2025.
The adjournment was announced after the court heard two motions on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
According to an update shared on the official Facebook page of the OSP, counsel for Mr. Ofori-Atta filed two applications — one seeking discoveries and another requesting leave to amend the originating motion on notice.

Both motions were opposed by lawyers for the OSP, leading the court to postpone the proceedings to allow further consideration of the submissions.
