Prosper Ntoso has swapped club corridors for national duty. The Epiphany Warriors CEO has been appointed to the Black Queens ‘B’ Management Committee, a decision that underlines the Ghana Football Association’s renewed push for strong leadership in women’s football.

Ntoso’s appointment was confirmed by the GFA alongside several respected figures, with Hon. Betty Mensah named as chairperson of the committee. It marks a new chapter for the administrator who has become a familiar name in Ghana’s women’s game.

His impact at club level has been far-reaching. Ntoso founded Epiphany Warriors, a side based in Ashaiman competing in the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League, and later expanded with Epiphany Next Gen, a Division One team in the GARFA Women’s League. His vision has created pathways for dozens of young talents.

Beyond domestic football, Ntoso has also been credited with facilitating transfers of Ghanaian players to Europe and the United States. These moves not only raised the profile of his players but also shone a light on Ghana as a hub of untapped women’s football talent.

The committee brings together seasoned administrators. Mrs. Hilary Boateng, who previously chaired the Women’s League Committee, will serve as vice chairperson, while George Wiredu of Sea Sharks and Eben Oppong add further weight to the leadership team.

For the Black Queens ‘B’, the task is clear. Strengthen structures, sharpen talent pipelines, and build a platform that can feed directly into the senior national team. Ntoso’s reputation as a builder and connector makes him an asset for such a mission.
