Ghanaian prospect Emmanuel Anokye who plays for SJK Akatemia has once again gotten on a score sheet for his club.
His goal was an equalizer at the 91st minute for his club over the weekend against PK-35 in Finland.
SJK Akatemia (or SJK II, formerly Kerho 07 in 2013–2015) is a football club from Seinäjoki in Finland.
Akatemia was established in 2012 and their home ground is at the OmaSP Stadion.
SJK Akatemia is the reserve side SJK and currently plays in the Ykkösliiga, the new second level of football in Finland.
Anokye, formerly of Sporting Club Accra has now scored 4 goals in his 5 games for the club, helping his side to move up their league log.
The 20-year old winger, born on the 1st January, 2004 passed through the ranks of Sporting Club Accra before committing his future to SJK.
At his stint at Sporting Club Accra, he scored 40+ goals and had 30+ assist in three seasons in the GARFA Division Two League.
Currently, SJK Akatemia are placed 8th on their league log whilst their senior side, SJK are fourth in Finland’s top-flight football league.
SJK Akatemia signed Anokye back in April, 2024 and his contract runs through to 2026.
