Written and directed by the dynamic duo of Francis Tetteh Nutakor and Mawuli Jasparo, “One Gallon” features a talented cast including Willie Chembez, Clemento Suarez, Naa Shuga, Mac Pratt, BBL and many more.
“We wanted to create a comedy that not only entertains but also offers a satirical commentary on societal issues,” says Francis Tetteh Nutakor, the co-director of the production. “With ‘One Gallon,’ we’ve infused humour with a thought-provoking narrative that will resonate with audiences.”
The play revolves around the drama at fuel stations in Accra, shedding light on the struggles faced by petroleum companies as they strive to maintain their integrity amidst the chaos of a contamination crisis and the relentless pressure to uphold quality standards.
Tickets are selling at Ghc 150.00, with two performances scheduled for the day – the first at 4:00 pm and the second at 8:00 pm.
