Standout performances, crowd singalongs and a shared purpose mark the concert’s third edition.

Accra, Ghana — Music and purpose took centre stage at Alliance Française, Accra, on Saturday, 24 October 2026, as the third edition of the CroxItOut Concert brought artists and fans together in support of breast cancer awareness. Powered by YAZZ and hosted by Lali X Lola, the event delivered an evening of remarkable performances while keeping an important conversation in the spotlight.

Headliner Adina Thembi delivered one of the evening’s defining moments, with her soulful voice and stage presence drawing fans into enthusiastic singalongs. Her set captured the spirit of the concert: people connecting through music and lending their collective support to a cause that matters.

Across the programme, artists brought distinct sounds and styles to the stage. Akuvi’s energy, Darkua’s soulful delivery and Ess Thee Legend’s songs exploring love and identity added depth and variety to the evening. Kiki Celine, Cici Yeboah, Yah Yra and Tower also contributed memorable performances, while a surprise appearance by Rcee brought an unexpected addition to the lineup.

Returning as hosts for a third year, Lali X Lola brought their characteristic warmth and enthusiasm to the event. Through both hosting and performing, the twins continued their commitment to using music to champion breast cancer awareness and connect audiences with the CroxItOut mission.

The enthusiasm extended beyond the venue. Concert highlights shared on Instagram attracted messages of appreciation and celebratory reactions, with fans responding warmly to the artists and their performances. Recap posts captured the crowd’s involvement and recognised the many people who helped make the evening special.

The concert forms part of MX24’s wider CroxItOut movement, which brings together breast cancer education, screenings, high school outreach and mentorship to support young women across Ghana. By bringing that mission to the stage, the event created another opportunity to raise awareness and encourage people to remain involved beyond the concert.

CroxItOut extends its heartfelt appreciation to the artists, fans, sponsors, partners, volunteers and production team whose contributions made the 2026 edition a success. Each played a part in an evening that celebrated talent, strengthened community support and kept breast cancer awareness at its heart. Special thanks to our headline partners YAZZ, and venue partners Alliance Francaise for coming onboard to make this year’s concert a success.

As the movement looks towards CroxItOut 2027, the invitation remains open: volunteer, partner and help keep the conversation going.
