In preparations towards the Futsal Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, Ghana’s National Futsal team are in Rabat to finalize their preparations for the Futsal Africa Cup of Nations.
The group consisting of players, technical staff and management committee members will spend eight days in Rabat getting ready for the tournament.
The team engaged Raja Casablanca on in a friendly encounter on Saturday and emerged victorious with a score of 5-4.
Ghana has been placed in Group A with hosts and titleholders Morocco, Angola, and Zambia in the 2024 Futsal Africa Cup of Nations.
Ghana will kick off their campaign against Zambia, Angola and hosts Morocco.
The top three teams from the competition will qualify as CAF representatives for the 2024 FIFA Futsal World Cup in Uzbekistan.
The competition is scheduled to start from April 11 to 21, 2024.
