The Appointments Committee of Parliament is set to vet five ministerial nominees today, Tuesday, 28 January.
This forms part of the approval process for individuals selected by President John Dramani Mahama to occupy key government positions.
The vetting will commence with Dr Edward Kofi Omane Boamah, the Minister-Designate for Defence.
Others who will be vetted today include:
1. Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum, MP, who has been nominated as Minister of State in Charge of Special Initiatives.
2. Adjei Kenneth Gilbert, the Minister-Designate for Works, Housing, and Water Resources.
3. Linda Obenewaa Akweley Ocloo, MP, is scheduled for vetting as the Minister-Designate for the Greater Accra Region.
4. Charity Gardiner, the Minister-designate for the Ahafo Region.
