John Dramani Mahama, Ghana’s President-elect, has unveiled a team of seasoned professionals to oversee the transition process in line with the Presidential (Transition) Act, 2012 (Act 845).
The 2024 Transition Team will collaborate closely with representatives of the outgoing government to ensure an efficient and orderly transfer of political power. The appointees bring a wealth of experience from various sectors, including finance, governance, and public administration.
The team will be led by Hon. Julius Debrah as Co-Chairperson and comprises the following key members:

In addition, President-elect Mahama has nominated Rt. Hon. Edward Doe Adjaho as a member of the Transitional Advisory Council.
