Students of Ola Girls’ Senior High School, Notre Dame Girls’ Senior High School and Hwidem Senior High School in the Brong Region had the opportunity to engage in important conversations about their health, wellbeing and future as the CroxItOut campaign brought its youth-focused outreach programme to the school on the 25th of July 2026.

The engagement centred on three key areas: breast cancer awareness, menstrual hygiene and mental health, providing students with information to help them make informed decisions about their health and personal development.

The students were also engaged in a discussion on the effects of drug use on health and talent. The session highlighted the potential impact of substance use on young people’s wellbeing and their ability to develop and pursue their talents and aspirations.

The programme featured Ewurama Jenkins, a lawyer and Founder of Reformation Community, and Hannah Osam-Pinanko, a Midwifery Officer at Asutifi North District Hospital. Through their contributions, students received insights into health, responsible decision-making and personal development.

The atmosphere was further brought to life by Valves DJ, who provided entertainment during the programme and helped create an engaging environment for the students.

As part of the outreach, students received A1 Bread, Yazz products including sanitary pads and toothpaste, and Foodtech products.

More than an educational visit, the Ola Girls’ Senior High School, Notre Dame Girls’ Senior High School and Hwidem Senior High School engagement created an opportunity for students to learn, ask questions and reflect on issues that can influence their health and future. It reinforced the importance of giving young people access to accurate information and creating spaces where they can openly discuss matters affecting their lives.

The visit adds to CroxItOut’s growing school outreach programme, which continues to take conversations around health, mental wellbeing, empowerment and personal development directly to young people across Ghana.

Through each school engagement, CroxItOut continues to build a community where young people are informed, empowered and encouraged to make positive choices for their health and future.
