The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced that online registration for the 2025/2026 service year will officially reopen from Wednesday, October 8 to Wednesday, October 15, 2025, following a directive from President John Dramani Mahama.
This move comes after a Technical and Forensic Audit of the previous Central Service Management Platform (CSMP) found it unsatisfactory, citing data integrity issues including discrepancies in the ages of applicants. In response, the NSA has developed a more robust digital platform aimed at ensuring transparency, real-time verification, and enhanced security.
As a result, all registrations completed during the June 2025 exercise have been declared null and void. The Authority is urging all prospective national service personnel to re-register via the new platform.
“All previous registrations from June 2025 have been declared null and void. Every prospective service personnel must re-register on the new platform,” the Authority stated.
The NSA also assured that all legitimate applicants who registered in June will receive full refunds of their service fees.
Step-by-step guidelines for the new registration process will be made available on the NSA’s newly launched website, www.gnsa.gov.gh
