Chief of Staff Hon. Julius Debrah is turning heads once again this time not in politics, but on the pavements. His “Walk With Julius” initiative is now becoming a national movement, championing health, youth empowerment, and community spirit across Ghana.

The campaign has already drawn support from top sports journalists and civic leaders. At its latest edition, media personalities like Nathaniel Attoh, Fentuo Tahiru, Dr. Frank Owusu Ansah, and King Eben joined Hon. Debrah in a united call for better public health.

“Walking together builds not just stamina, but also unity,” said Hon. Debrah. He believes a healthier nation starts with simple steps, literally. By encouraging regular walking, the initiative aims to reduce health issues and promote preventive care.

The campaign is also focused on the youth. Hon. Debrah sees walking not only as a fitness activity but a gateway to discipline, productivity, and positive habits. His message is clear: preventive health is an investment in the country’s future.

His leadership on wellness echoes his past efforts in enterprise. As Chief of Staff, Hon. Debrah led the Kwahu Business Summit, Ghana–China Business Forum, and several youth-driven ventures. His latest mission blends those same values, health, enterprise, and unity.

The walk is gaining traction in major cities. Plans are already underway for large-scale events in Accra and Kumasi, led by the journalists who joined the latest walk. These local chapters will give the campaign a wider reach.

Hon. Debrah’s approach is inclusive and hands-on. He walks with people from all backgrounds, showing that leadership isn’t always about podiums, it can be about presence, consistency, and movement.

“If we walk 15 kilometers each weekend, we can save lives and reduce hospital queues,” he said. It’s more than a slogan. It’s a vision rooted in action.
