The Man Behind the Mission
In the vibrant city of Mississauga—where cultures intertwine, dreams take shape, and families from all walks of life seek opportunity—a new kind of leadership is emerging. His name is Carlton Darby, and his story isn’t just about personal ambition. It is a story of purpose, of people, and of a profound call to service. Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Carlton migrated to Canada over 30 years ago, settling in Mississauga—a city he now calls home not just by geography, but by love, work, and legacy.
Carlton Darby is not your everyday political figure. He didn’t rise through the traditional
political ladder of privilege or patronage. Instead, he built his life from the ground up, with resilience as his cornerstone and compassion as his compass. A professional accountant, an entrepreneur, an author, and a family man, Carlton exemplifies the very values that Canadians hold dear—hard work, integrity, faith, and fairness.
As Founder and President of OneCare Health Services, a medical equipment company,
Carlton has played a quiet yet essential role in supporting health and wellness in Canadian
homes. His business acumen is matched by a generous spirit; he is a consistent supporter of charitable organizations and an active member of his church community.
But it is his deep concern for Canada’s political future that has led him to step into the public arena.

 The Birth of a Movement
Over the years, Carlton Darby has witnessed the pendulum of Canadian politics swing drastically between left and right—between the entrenched ideologies of Conservatives and Liberals. As a citizen and voter, he engaged actively—voting across the political spectrum based on the merit of ideas, not partisanship. He even served as a Financial Agent for the Conservative Party of Canada during the era of Prime Minister Stephen Harper, contributing with diligence and insight.
Yet, with every election came a familiar disappointment—the growing polarization, the lack of unity, and the loss of connection between elected leaders and everyday citizens. “The Conservatives are too conservative, the Liberals are too liberal,” Carlton often says. “What about the voice of the middle? What about balanced leadership?”
This reflection birthed a bold vision: The Canada United Party. Founded by Carlton Darby,
this emerging political movement seeks to bridge the divide. It champions the best of
conservative fiscal discipline and liberal social compassion, combining them with community rooted values to create a new model of governance.
The Canada United Party stands for Canadians first—not just in slogan, but in action. Its
policies are shaped by real issues: accessible healthcare, support for small businesses, faith in family structures, and respect for diverse backgrounds. It is a party born out of necessity and guided by hope.
Now, Carlton Darby is not just its founder—he is its frontline torchbearer, contesting as a
candidate for Mississauga—Lakeshore, with a mission to rewrite the narrative of Canadian
politics.

A Vision for Mississauga and Beyond
As the election campaign gains momentum, Carlton Darby remains a grounded candidate. He walks the neighborhoods, speaks with residents, listens intently, and brings people together across generations, cultures, and economic lines. His message is clear and consistent: “Canada needs leadership that listens. That serves. That inspires.”
Mississauga—Lakeshore is no stranger to change. It is a riding filled with vibrant cultures, a strong middle class, and dreams both old and new. But like many communities across Canada, it faces challenges—affordability, healthcare wait times, youth unemployment, and an increasing distrust in politics. Carlton Darby believes Mississauga—Lakeshore can become a model of renewal—a place where grassroots leadership turns vision into reality.
His goals are clear:
• Healthcare Reform: Push for greater accessibility to essential medical equipment and
reduce barriers in home care.
• Economic Growth: Foster local entrepreneurship and create incentives for small
business sustainability.
• Community Engagement: Involve citizens in decision-making, promoting transparency
and accountability.
• Youth Empowerment: Champion mentorship and education programs that prepare the
next generation for leadership.
• Faith and Inclusion: Maintain a government that respects all faiths and celebrates
Canada’s multicultural fabric.
Carlton’s candidacy is not a gamble. It is a calling.
In his own words: “I may have come from Jamaica, but my heart and hands have long belonged to Canada. I didn’t come here to chase power—I came here to serve. And today, I stand ready to lead.”
If elected, Carlton Darby will become one of the few Jamaican-born Canadians to lead at
such a level—not just symbolizing diversity, but embodying what it truly means to belong, to build, and to believe in Canada’s shared future.
As history watches, Mississauga—Lakeshore may very well make a statement that echoes
across the nation: Leadership isn’t about where you start—it’s about where you stand. And Carlton Darby stands with the people.
