The Junction Mall has once again demonstrated its commitment to community impact and social responsibility through its annual “Save A Child” Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, culminating in a donation to the New Life Nungua Children’s Home on 22 April 2026.
This year’s initiative was made possible through a collective effort between customers and Centre Management. Notably, 24% of the total funds were generously contributed by shoppers through donation boxes placed within the mall in February, while Centre Management provided 76%, reflecting a strong-shared commitment to supporting vulnerable children in the community.
Led by Henrietta Araba Ghartey, the Junction Mall team paid a visit to the Home, presenting a range of essential provisions, toiletries, and cash donations to support the welfare and upkeep of the children. The Founder of the Home, Nii Afotey Botwe II, warmly received the team alongside the children. In his remarks, he expressed profound gratitude to The Junction Mall for its consistent support over the years and commended the initiative as a meaningful contribution to the lives of the children.
He further encouraged other corporate institutions to emulate such impactful gestures that directly uplift communities. Speaking on the initiative, Centre Management reaffirmed The Junction Mall’s dedication to being more than just a shopping destination, but a socially responsible brand that actively contributes to improving lives. “This initiative reflects our belief in giving back and supporting the communities that support us. We are grateful to our customers and partners who contributed to making this year’s donation a success,” the team noted.
