Following a decisive five-round victory over Anthony Joshua, Warren is eager to set up a rematch with WBO, WBA, and WBC champion Oleksandr Usyk.
Dubois previously faced Usyk in August 2023, suffering a ninth-round defeat. Now 27, Dubois became the IBF champion after Usyk vacated the title in June, shortly after Usyk became the first undisputed heavyweight champion in 25 years by defeating Tyson Fury.
Warren expressed his desire for Dubois to challenge Usyk again.
While a rematch clause exists for Joshua, Warren indicated that they are open to discussions about it.
Usyk was present at Wembley, taking a brief break from training for his upcoming rematch with Fury on December 21.
