Accra Lions have bolstered their defense with the signing of highly-rated left-back Emmanuel Terribaya.
The talented defender joins the club as a free agent for the second half of the season and will compete for a starting spot with fellow January recruit Derrick Owusu.
The club hopes to start the second half on a positive note with a victory over former champions Medeama SC.
The club confirmed the signing with a statement, saying, “We have the pleasure to confirm the signing of Emmanuel Terribaya.
The highly talented left-back joins us as a free agent. Welcome to Accra Lions, Emmanuel!”
His arrival comes as Accra Lions aim to strengthen their squad and avoid relegation after a challenging first half of the season.
Terribaya, who has been training with the team, could make his debut this Sunday against Vision FC.
Terribaya is the fourth January addition to the squad, joining Ernest Agyensem, Derrick Owusu, and Mark Osei in the club’s bid to improve its fortunes
