Panthers Football Academy, founded by Roldege Arius, has entered into a transformative five-year partnership with IBT FC, aimed at taking youth soccer development in Canada to new heights.
The partnership, announced this week, will combine the expertise of Panthers Football Academy with IBT FC’s extensive international network, offering young Canadian soccer players access to world-class training, global exposure, and opportunities to compete at the highest levels.
Roldege Arius, born June 17, 1977, is a former professional soccer player whose career spanned multiple leagues, including the USISL D-3 Pro League, National Professional Soccer League (NPSL), and the Canadian Professional Soccer League (CPSL).
Arius also represented Canada at the U20 and U23 national team levels, showcasing his commitment to the sport both domestically and internationally.
After retiring from professional play, Arius founded Panthers Football Academy, a training ground dedicated to developing young talent in Canada.
His goal was to create an environment where athletes could not only develop their soccer skills but also grow as leaders both on and off the field.
The five-year deal with IBT FC brings a wealth of opportunity to Panthers Football Academy and its players. IBT FC, known for its elite training programs and international connections, will work closely with Arius and his team to elevate the academy’s offerings.
Players will have the chance to compete in global tournaments and attend high-performance camps, gaining invaluable experience and exposure.
The collaboration will also create structured pathways for players to transition from youth development programs to professional soccer opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
Arius’s vision for Canadian soccer is clear: to provide young players with the resources, exposure, and coaching they need to succeed at the highest levels.
The partnership with IBT FC aligns perfectly with this mission and will help shape the future of soccer in Canada.
