STEGUE, a Ghanaian artiste who has been in the industry for close to 8 years is a versatile musician who blends Afrobeats and highlife with elements of Dancehall, a style he describes as “Afro Dancehall”.
Over the years, he’s released several songs including Be Mine, Ginger, and Girl Like You and has also collaborated with popular Ghanaian artistes including Medikal.
Speaking on the AM Club, he highlighted the importance of collaborations in promoting music while reflecting on his decision to feature Medikal on hit song Saa na Eko.

Being married with two kids, STEGUE shared his experience of balancing family life with his music career as one he has grown accustomed to over time. He attributed his successful transition to having a supportive and understanding wife. He went on to encourage other married men in the industry to work on finding a balance between their career and family responsibilities.
He went on to reveal for the first time that his stage name, STEGUE, is an acronym for ‘Super Talented Elite Ghanaian Unique Entertainer’, which was given to him by his uncle while growing up.
Regarding his latest project, he explained that the meaning behind his new song ‘UMBRELLA’ symbolizes him being the ultimate form of protection for his lover no matter the conditions.
