Vice President of the Republic, Prof Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, has commenced a three-week medical break.
News sources at the Jubilee House say this break begins on Monday, 7th April.
This break allows the Vice President to take a break following medical advice from her doctor.
The announcement of her medical break comes after reports of her recent illness, which led to her travelling abroad for further treatment after visiting the University of Ghana Medical Centre in Accra.
