The Ghana Police Service has arrested two additional suspects in connection with the violent clashes that erupted during the football match between Nsoatreman FC and Kumasi Asante Kotoko FC.
The suspects, identified as Isaac Ofosu and Yeboah Augustine, are currently in police custody, assisting with ongoing investigations. Their arrest brings the total number of suspects detained in connection with the incident to five.
In a statement, the Police assured the public that intelligence-led operations are still underway to apprehend all individuals responsible for the violence and ensure they face justice.
