The Ministry of Health will open its online recruitment portal on Tuesday, October 27, for medical officers and dentists in the 36th batch who have completed their mandatory housemanship and obtained verification from the Medical and Dental Council.
In a notice issued on Monday, October 26, the Ministry said the recruitment exercise is intended to address staffing shortages in healthcare facilities across the country.
Eligible applicants are required to submit their applications through the Ministry’s official recruitment portal at mohrecruitment.com, where they can select their preferred operational districts and healthcare agencies.
The portal will open at 3:10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 27, and close at midnight on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
The Ministry has urged applicants to follow the prescribed online application process and remain vigilant against individuals who demand money in exchange for recruitment assistance.
It stressed that the exercise is free of charge and warned prospective applicants against making payments to secure placement.
“The Ministry of Health advises all applicants NOT to make any payment for this process,” the statement said.
