Ghanaian Musician and Songwriter, Kofi Kinaata, has cancelled his annual event,  “Made in Taadi Concert,” for the second consecutive year.

The cancellation was announced through a statement issued by Nana Kwesi Coomson, the Public Relations Officer of Team Move Ghana.

The statement highlighted the main challenge faced by the event organizers, which revolves around the difficulty in securing a suitable venue. After the Jubilee Park and the Takoradi Technical University Park became inaccessible, identifying an alternative location proved to be a considerable hurdle.

The statement emphasized that all considered alternative venues were ultimately deemed unsuitable due to concerns that could compromise the safety and overall experience for attendees.

“We want to assure our fans that management is actively working on solutions to overcome this setback in the future,” Team Move assured.

Despite the setback, the team expressed excitement to announce that Kofi Kinaata will be releasing a new song in the upcoming days.

Additionally, fans need not be disheartened, as the cancellation of the much-anticipated concert will not deprive them of the chance to witness Kofi Kinaata’s performances during the festive season, as he has been billed to perform at various events across Ghana during the Christmas season.
