Wildaland Festival 2022 edition cancelled

The 2022 edition of Wildaland Festival has been cancelled according to organizers.

In a press release sighted by MX24, the organizers noted that this year’s edition was cancelled because of circumstances beyond their control.

This comes after it was announced that the event was set to take place on December 26 and 27 2022 at the Shai Forest Reserve.

The festival was set in the wilderness of the Shai Hills Forest Reserve and it was expected to be a 2-day music and entertainment lifestyle festival that will feature performances from notable Ghanaian, African, and global music headliners.

Patrons have been assured they would receive a refund. The 2021 edition of Wildaland Festival first came off in December 2021 and featured the likes of Davido, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Black Sherif, Kidi, Kuami Eugene, Adekunle Gold, Gyakie, and Focalistic among others.
