Rapper Asap Rocky Gets Arrested Over Shooting Incident
The rapper Rakim Mayers best known Asap Rocky, together with his girlfriend Riri, took a visit to Riri’s hometown Barbados for vacation which caught the attention of the masses as this marked the first time seeing the couple publicly together after the viral untrue cheating rumor.

Unfortunately, Asap Rocky was arrested upon their arrival on a private plane over a shooting incident which according to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), was made in connection with two acquaintances which resulted in shots being fired.
“the star was taken into custody at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday as he returned from a holiday with his girlfriend, Rihanna. Police had been investigating the star, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, for his potential involvement in a non-fatal shooting in Hollywood last year“, -BBC
The victim in question told the police Mayers with two others approached him with a handgun and shot at him three to four times, believing one of the bullets grazed his left hand, according to his police report.
According to TMZ, A$AP Rocky has been released on bail of $550,000 (£421,000), with a court date set for August 17th,2022.
