Manchester City fight back to beat Tottenham in thriller
Manchester City fought back from two goals down to produce a memorable Premier League win against Tottenham.
Dejan Kulusevski pounced after Ederson’s mistake for the first goal, before Emerson Royal added a second with a diving header soon afterwards.
But Julian Alvarez fired home a loose ball early in the second half and Erling Haaland headed in an equaliser.
Riyad Mahrez shot past Hugo Lloris and then added his second and City’s fourth with a calm, lifted finish late on.
The win leaves reigning champions City second in the Premier League, five points behind leaders Arsenal, who have a game in hand.
