I Will Take On Okudzeto Ablakwa For Deliberately Defaming Me – Rev. Kusi Boateng
After the alleged expose by the MP of North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa concerning the founder of the Power Chapel Worldwide, Rev Victor Kusi Boateng, the Man of God has served notice that he will take on the legislator for defaming him.
According to Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng, the said expose’ by the honorable MP is an attempt to deliberately defame his persons without any proper proof.
But in a press statement to partially address the matter which has gained wide attention in the media, the founder of Power Chapel Worldwide indicated he will definitely seek redress in order to protect his reputation.
He therefore noted that he acknowledge that the matter has been reported to the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) hence we he will refrain from addressing the specific allegations but will avail himself to CHRAJ when called upon.
He however insisted that the allegations are twisted to suit a certain malicious political agenda.
“I have taken note of some defamatory publications and allegations made against my person by Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu. I am also informed that Mr. Ablakwa has petitioned the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) to investigate the said allegations he has levelled against me,” parts of the statement read.
The statement further added that “I wish to assure the general public that the statements made by Mr. Ablakwa are a twisted narration of events to pursue a malicious political agenda.”
“I look forward to the (CHRAJ) enquiry during which I will present my side of the matter to the Commission. I will subsequently also address the matters fully in public without first seeking to prejudice the public mind as he has done. Additionally, when all is done, I will seek redress against Mr. Ablakwa for his deliberate defamatory statements against me”, he noted.
