In February this year, the Still Believe ladsΒ mutually parted ways with manager, Vladislav ViricΒ upon several considerations on issues concerning the clubβs performance and personal reasons cited by the Serbian trainer.
Osei-Fosu, who is also the Assistant Head Coach of the Black Starlets of Ghana has previously managed Techiman Eleven Wonders and Medeama Sporting Club, where he was sacked after just three games earlier this season.
He will be hoping to guide relegation-threatened Dreams FC to safety this season, with the Dawu-based club 13th on the league table with 31 points, three points above the relegation zone after 25 matches played so far.
