Black Sherif’s ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ tops Apple Music charts in Ghana and Nigeria

Ghanaian musician, Mohammed Ismail Sherif professionally known as Black Sherif’s has dropped his first project for 2022 and it’s currently topping charts in Ghana and Nigeria.

The song titled ‘Kwaku the Traveller’ sheds light on the journey on a determined young man who is trying to make ends meet. The song embodies an important message everyone can easily relate to.

The song which was first performed as an unreleased track at the 3 Music Awards 2022 main event was later released on Thursday, March 31. It has since then accrue massive numbers on streaming platforms.

It is currently number 1 on Apple Music both in Ghana and Nigeria.

   

This makes Black Sherif the first Ghanaian to top Nigerian Apple Music Charts in 2022.
