Biden Announces $800 Million In Ukraine Defense Aid As Fighting Continues In Mariupol

Russian troops are continuing their fight in Mariupol, with the US denying claims by President Putin that soldiers have “liberated” the city, Reuters report. Ukrainian negotiator and presidential aide Mykhailo Podolyak tweeted that Ukraine is ready to offer unconditional talks to Russia on the evacuation of its military.
