Akuapem Poloo Allegedly Set Free By Court Of Appeal

Akuapem Poloo has received some good news days after she was sent to jail. 

The Court of Appeal has allegedly reversed the 90-day jail term slapped on social media sensation, Akuapem Poloo by the criminal division of the High Court.  

The Court allegedly subsequently fined Akuapem Poloo GH¢12,000 for a 1000 penalty units.  

If you don’t remember, Akuapem Poloo was slapped with three charges of “publication of obscene materials, engaging in domestic violence, conduct that in any way undermines another person’s privacy or integrity and engaging in domestic violence namely conduct that in any way detracts or is likely to detract from another person’s dignity and worth as a human being”.
